just install dorico 5 elements upgrade from 4 and this is the crash massage i get each time i try to lanch it i got this massage:

it looks like you have hundreds of plug-ins and on new installation the audio engine will want to scan them all to make some basics tests on them. If this basic test fails, they end on the blacklist.
So the scanning will take some time and it could even be, that the WaveShell plug-in is popping up an alert window that is getting behind the Dorico window, please check on that as well.
And please just let it do it’s job, eventually it will get through, even if you need several runs to accomplish.

Excellent! Was it only the sheer amount of plug-ins or the WaveShell?
