Dorico Glissandos Playing Back weird (Noteperformer)

I’ve been trying to get Glissando Playback working but i can’t get it to Work.

  1. Consecutive Glissando sound very weird
  2. Certain glissandos stop the note and then Playback chromatically

I’ve set the delay and the type to continuous it just doesn’t work

Enclosed is the section i’m struggling with.

ANY HELP IS APPRECIATED!!!

Noteperformer should support the glissandos

I downloaded @Vector-Berlioz’s (great moniker, BTW!) file and can confirm the glissando behavior. I wonder if NP is making some assumptions about strings and the break is a switch NP is making?

I’ll keep digging…

I experimented with lowering the first two glisses down to the fourth string (NP 5.1.2) as well as turning off gliss delays. No luck. Here’s what happens during playback despite the OP’s “continuous” setting for most — but not all, interestingly — of the glisses:

[EDIT: Oops, I posted the wrong screenshot originally, corrected below.]

For the first chromatic gliss it seems that 2 cosnecutive glisses might be the issue but for the other on i have no Clue

For me, NotePerformer glissandi work sometimes, and not others - I haven’t been able to figure out why exactly, sorry….

Same here. I think it only plays continuous glissandos if max an octave.
