Dorico Help not available? [Solved]

I have been trying to learn to use Dorico Help instead of always asking silly questions on this forum, but today (April 24, 2026) I can no longer get to Dorico Help. When I go to the Help tab in Dorico 6, and click on the Dorico Help selection, I get the famous ‘spinning beach ball’ which appears to never end. (I’ve let it run ten minutes, then gave up.)

It says 'Loading Website," but we never get there.

This has never happened to me before. Usually, when I follow the above steps the home page of Help appears within a few seconds. Is this likely something I am doing wrong, or is there something amiss at Steinberg’s end?

Does this direct link work?

I’ve had this problem using an older version of Safari. Had no problem using Firefox at the time, nor with Safari after an update of MacOs, so you could try another browser to see what happens.

The direct link did work. Thank you. Also, it was indeed a Safari issue, and my Safari is totally up to date. An OT comment: Safari is in general becoming almost unusable. I very often have to go to Firefox to get anything done. Apple should ditch Safari or fix it. One or the other.
