Again and again do not work
No problem with iOS 18 …

Sorry to hear about this. Instead of clicking “Restore Purchase”, please try clicking the option to purchase the Lifetime Unlock again. You won’t be charged a second time: it should tell you that you’ve already purchased this, and ask you if you want to restore it.
I had been getting “You can not re-download this.” error while trying to repurchase it in the way you described. It turned out that I needed to be signed into my Steinberg account for re-purchasing workaround to work.
