Dorico ipad lifetime pass problem

I bought the lifetime pass for dorico ipad but the app treats me like im on the free app

Any one else had that problem?

I even deleted the app and re installed it And nothing changed

This has come up frequently recently. It’s a pain but seems to work! Check this thread…

I had the same issue. I had to go through the motions as if I’m subscribing and tapped ok. Only then did it see the subscription and the subscribe buttons disappeared. It took a bunch of tries to get it to work. The Restore Purchase did absolutely nothing. I had this happen on two iPads.

I can’t restore the lifetime unlock no matter what I try. Restoring fails silently. Trying to re-purchase does inform me that I already purchased and offers me to get it for free again, but it eventually fails with “You can not re-download this.” message.
