Dorico iPad - the file for project ... has been deleted

I store project files on iCloud to share between an iPad and MacBook Pro. When I open a project on the iPad, I get a “Project File Modified - The file for project … has been deleted - Do you want to rename your project to preserve your changes?”

Can somebody remind me what causes this please, and suggest a workaround?

Sorry, I’ve just read the release notes for iPad 2.4 - everything works fine using the new Open Recent page in the Hub.
