Dorico is lagging

I have been experiencing slowness when inputting notes from the computer keybaord (like pressing “A”, “B”, “C”, etc. and virtual keyboard). But the lag when moving horizontal position in Engraving mode feels really too much. And then I realized my every move takes about four seconds… I have a symphonic score: 1 flow with 80 measures.

The Diagnostics zip is too large to upload here but if this screenshot makes sense.
I thought my laptop with i9-11900H and 32GB RAM should easily handle Dorico? Any thoughts?

You could unzip the diagnostics report and then zip it up to smaller chunks and post them separately. Thanks

What kind of MIDI setup do you have on your computer? Do you have any external MIDI devices connected?
