Hi folks,
I’ve read that it’s possible to have Dorico running on multiple systems - I’m keen to have it on my home rig and also on my laptop for when I’m travelling.
I’ve read that it’s a matter of punching in the download access code into the download assistant on the new computer and away you go, but no dice.
I get ‘Download access code is already consumed by another user’.
Any tips?

I think after you redeemed the download access code, the license is stored in your Steinberg ID account. When you what to activate it on another computer you owned, just login your account in download assistant and download/install with it then activate it in the activation manager.

That’s what I thought too; but my Steinberg account is showing no licenses at all (no Dorico 4 or 5 at all) … weird.
Ok, so it turns out I’m a massive dill … it does actually work exactly like rogerhuang says … it’s just that my licenses were pegged to an old email instead of my current one - I’ve had this issue before with multiple emails and Steinberg.
Anyway, happy days, it works!
I was all good too. Haven’t sorted the sample libraries out yet…
It’s worth mentioning that you can have 3 authorized installations at any one time.
