Im trying to use my free grade period upgrade to install Dorico Pro 4.
However it doesn’t recognise my license to upgrade, see screenshot below.
Can anyone help please?
@JackLythaby, can you send me a private message including a screenshot of your eLicenser Control Center window, so I can see more details about your Dorico 3.5 license? Can you also let me know when you first installed/activated Dorico 3.5, and when and where you bought it?
