Dorico Pro 5.1 - Disabling fermata gap resets tempo to 500 BPM

I inserted a fermata into my score with a 15% hold duration and 5% gap duration, but when I disabled the gap with the switch, Dorico reset the playback tempo to 500 BPM.

I’m able to fix this by double-clicking the tempo button in the upper right corner of Write mode.

Can you please attach a project in which this problem can be seen? I suspect that the problem you’re experiencing is contingent on the specific context in which it occurs.

I was also noticing Dorico reset the project tempo to 500 BPM right after the gap, then quickly changed it back before the next measure.
