Dorico Pro 5 Halion 7 Flux & Groove Agent Problems

For some reason I can’t select any of the Flux choices. All have red circle with white line through it. I’ve reinstalled twice as per tech support direction, but still can’t get anything to work for Flux. And Steinberg confirmed that Flux IS part of the Dorico Pro 5 package.
In Halion 7 standalone version, Flux has the same issue.

It’s also telling me it can’t find the license for it, yet no access code shows up anywhere on the website or in Download Assistant.

Dorico 5 : Halion SE Flux library

I have a brand new installation of Dorico 5 Elements. The Halion download that accompanies this is downloading and installing a library called Flux. It is listed in the Library Manager once the download and installs are complete: [image] This looks to be a wavetable synth of some kind.
