Dorico Pro opens as Dorico LE

Twice I have opened a Dorico file and, rather than seeing the loading screen for Dorico Pro3, a screen for Dorico LE appears instead. When the project opens, I get a message that the project will be read-only due to containing too many players. Immediately closing the app and re-opening the file opened Pro both times. I haven’t been able to re-produce the issue but am curious if anyone else has seen this happen.

That will happen if Windows or Mac is pressed while starting the program.

Ha! Thanks for solving that.

It can also from time to time happen that if there is a delay initialising the eLicenser during Dorico’s start-up, it can end up running with reduced entitlements; if that happens, normally quitting and restarting will immediately take care of it.
