Dorico recognized a repeat on the DC (Playback Options ‘Play repeat on DC” box checked).
After an instrument was added, it no longer recognized the repeat, even though the box remained checked.
Deleting the repeats, DC etc and reinstalling them did not fix the problem.

What could be the problem?
The repeats played back as expected for me when I opened your project. At what point do the repeats stop playing for you?
Thank you for looking at this, Daniel. I apologize for being away for so long.
I deleted the repeat structure, saved, rebooted, and redid the repeat structure.
It plays back right now.
