Dorico running on Sonoma 14.7?

I just got an email from Apple inviting me to install either Sequoia 15 or Sonoma 14.7, my choice.

Currently I’m running 14.6.1. I’m definitely NOT going to Sequoia just yet. (I never try the first version of anything till it’s been out for a month or two, allow bug fixes to take place.)

My question is this: do Dorico users on this forum running 14.7 see any distinct advantage to upgrading to that from 14.6.1? (I’ve read a couple of posts that endorse 14.7 as being compatible, but that’s not my question. I’m only asking if there’s a good reason to upgrade from 14.6.1)

I should also mention that my Dorico Pro is 5.1.51.2153.

“Point” upgrades within the same named OS version usually consist of nothing but bug fixes and security patches.

Only very rarely are there new features, or other significant changes.

So, turning your question around, I’d say there’s no good reason not to update from 14.6.1 to 14.7.
