How large is Dorico SE? Can it fit onto a tablet such as Microsoft Surface? Can it be downloaded with the eLicenser used for Dorico 3.1? Are files made in SE compatible with 3.1? So far the only info I’ve seen is the video ad.

Dorico SE is exactly the same binary as Dorico Pro. Together with the HSSE factory sounds, the total install size is under 6GB. Files created in all flavours of Dorico ae fully compatible.
Do bear in mind you need a traditional x86 processor to run Dorico. Some of the new Surface machines run ARM processors, which, to the best of my knowledge, won’t support Dorico.
