I waste, sorry, spend a good part of my waking dorico life trying to scam its logic to do exactly this - it takes up as much time as all other tasks combined. For all its faults, Finale had a ‘space systems evenly’ plugin that would just do what you wanted (or what you thought you wanted) by overriding all the other calculations that went into an individual page’s make-up. We often have page specific needs and Dorico’s logic seems to be global, with few if any local overrides in this regard.

Except that you can manually override Note Spacing at literally every point in your layout.

lol. [in case you weren’t joking, this is what eats up the time. I’m looking for page level, not note level, logic. In every other regard, Dorico has been a wonder to work with.]
Nothing easier than this.
In Engrave Mode make a Reset Note Spacing at the start of the following page.
Then you are free to override the global settings on your preceding page. For example change the Note Spacing. Or you change the Rastral Size or other specifics - as long as you reset them on the next page.
