Dorico still running as Dorico SE after buying Dorico Elements

I haven’t been able to install Dorico Elements 5. It appears in the Steinberg Download Assistant and it looks like I’ve downloaded all the necessary files but it won’t open when I click on the icon, and I can’t locate it on my computer. I’m currently using Dorico SE 5, do I need to remove it first?

There is only one Dorico binary that is same for Dorico Pro, Elements and SE. It’s the license that you hold which determines how Dorico starts up and what features you can use. What does the Steinberg Activation Manager say, what licenses are listed with you? Have you activated the Elements license already?
