Dorico Won't input text border

Hello, I’m trying to put a border on the text in the bottom right corner. D

espite highlighting the text and selecting border from the properties panel, the border does not show.

Works here. Click once at the text in Write mode.

On my end, in your file, Border Style and Border thickness are ticked, but not Border:
