Thanks for the data. You are missing quite a lot contents files (for reasons I don’t know). but we need to find out what is already installed and with what access rights. Therefore please open a Terminal window (do a Spotlight search for Terminal.app) and there type (or copy’n past) the command
find /Library/Application\ Support/Steinberg/Content -ls > ~/Desktop/SMTGContents.txt
and press the Enter/Return key. On your Desktop the file SMTGContents.txt shall appear. Please zip that up and post here. Thanks
