It was working but now it’s not working with NotePerformer. I’ve re-installed it a couple times and there wasn’t any thing about this on their website, any ideas what’s going on?

Play menu > Playback template have you checked this (or reapply it)
Yes lots of times
Can you post a Diagnostic Report here please?
If you make a new VST and Midi in Play, do you see Wallander Instruments … NotePerformer?
I assume you have rebooted. Does it show in any other similar software?
Which versions do you use?
Have you installed both, the VST2 and VST3 version of NotePerformer. Because the VST3 version is just a wrapper and uses the VST2 version under the hood.
And a diagnostic report could slo be useful (Help > Create Diagnostic Report).
Dorico Diagnostics.zip (581.7 KB)
It shows other things I have installed but not wallender
Dorico 5 (lastest update) and Note performer’s latest update
O, fixed it. I had to clear the audio cache
That was exactly that what I wanted to propose as well. NotePerformer ended up on the blocklist with you for reasons I don’t know. Quite often in such cases resetting the cache files helps, because that enforces a rescan of all plug-ins, in which course NotePerformer gets recognized correctly. I’m glad you found the solution already by yourself.
