Doricos note and dynamic playback question

Hello I start learning dorico (6.2 currently) to see if it fits my needs. What I want is write a score while it can have playback it. To playback I want to use not sample based instrument that are heavyli keyswitched, but where they allow play tremolo as real tremolo (for example).

The question is, is Dorico able to playback all or lot of techniques in midi? For example when I have slur, dorico should play notes in slur as overlaped notes (inside the slur). If they are not in slur there should be little pause between them (the notes should not have 100% length in midi). When I add tremolo it plays real tremolo. When I add spiccato, the notes should play in 50% with more velocity for example. Is it possible? Dynamics setup, which controler it should use and with velocity and range etc.. If yes, can I edit that to my wish? I can’t find any info about that, and I read most of the manual, maybe I overlook it, because everything in dorico is new to me as it is very different approach for example as Notion.

Also I want a note, that in the end I want to use midi setup to connect it with Cubase for example. Therefore I don’t plan use VSTi instruments in Dorico but as midi out.

Yes.
You can set general rules for playback of different articulations (Playback Options> Timing>Note Durations…

And these can be modified for each instrument using their Expression Map, which also allows you to set the correct Dynamic controllers for each articulation …

The quality of Playback depends on your choice of Sound Library (VST) and their particular capabilities.

I’m not expert on MIDI connection to Cubase. But I don’t think it is currently possible (others will be able to help more in this area.)

Thanks, I set it as solution, but if anyone have anything to add about the midi out part, he is welcome. My main question was answered.
