Found it somewhere in here…. Force duration during input 
I’m not sure there’s a setting for it. If you want everything beamed as 3+3+2, then one thing you can do is set the time signature in the second measure to [3+3+2]/8 and hide it. You’ll need to change the notation in the first measure by hand (with Force Duration).
Otherwise, if you only want this for certain measures, you can input one measure with Force Duration and then copy or Alt/Opt+click it to other measures.
