here a method to set double systemic barline:

set Small ensemble in Layout Options for the desired Layout:

adjust as desired the following red marked Engraving Options (for fine adjustments press Shift+alt+command(control) and click on the little arrows to change the values). Notice that the Bracket distance from systemic barline should be a negative value:
(This is to compensate for the negative Bracket distance from systemic barline):
