Double Dotted notes locally, single/tied globally

I have some 32nd figures that I would like to double dot. (see 1st fig., highlighted)

I changed the Notation Options to 2 in simple meters, but it messes up all the engraving for the rest of the piece. (see 2nd fig., highlighted)

I just need the 32nds in this one bar. Can I change that locally somehow?

Force duration on the G#, 6 for 1/4, dot then alt/opt dot.

I figured it out! Sorry..

Set the Rhythm Dots to the parameter you want:

Now the notation is correct with the double dots.

Select all that you wish to keep and Force Duration on the now Double Dotted figures.

Change the above Rhythm Dots back to 1 (or whatever). And now you have all of them!
