In my woodwind ensemble using SWAM by Audio Modeling, everything is being played in unison for this part of the score, why is my Alto Flute playing notated doubled notes in the New Score editor-Windows 11 - CB 15 Pro
This is usually because you’ve got doubled midi parts - ie there’s actually 2 copies of the midi line in the alto flute part, one on top of the other.
You can use the ‘Delete Doubles’ midi command to remove the duplicate notes.
Or go into the midi part and delete them manually. Click on each note individually and delete it - you’ll see straight away that there’s another identical note underneath causing the problem.
Or select each duplicate note in the score and delete it.
The midi double function did not get rid of the double notes in the alto flute so I ended up deleting them manually which is a pain in the butt but then I decided to redo that woodwind ensemble section phrase in a live recording and there was no problem after that. Thank you for your reply.
