I just bought a Focusrite Scarlett Solo Studio Pack with Cubase LE but it appears the “Download Access Code has been used by another user.”
I’m not sure how to go about getting support because my country is not listed in the Steinberg’s customer support page.
I found that some other people on this forum have had similar issues before and managed to get them resolved so I’m hoping someone can help!
