Download Assistant. An error occurred while downloading "SpectraLayers"

I have been trying to figure out why I am getting this error. I made the folder “Install Assistant.” This got rid of the other error, but now I have this error stating that “an issue occurred while trying to download the software.” This is my first time wanting to try out this application and I am running into this problem.

@jakezona You don’t need the Download Assistant at all to download SpectraLayers. Just download it from here:

indeed, I typically avoid the SDA for SL and go looking manually
