I have plenty of HD space and a good connection. The Download Assistant does not even start the download and after a few minutes gives an unspecified error and then show “failed”. I have re installed the download assistant, but same problem.
Hi, did you ever find out the reason that was happening? I have a different problem but a similar end result.
