This is my 3rd attempt to post this topic. Hopefully this attempt will stick.
Thank you for the reply. “Please select a product” doesn’t work. But looking at your post made me notice “Enter your download access code”. I have not done that! I upgraded to Cubase 12 about 3 months ago and I don’t remember having to do that. In any case, it ends up kicking aver to eLicenser, and that says I have no products to activate. I’ve spent 3 hours trying to get that to work with no success. i just deleted everything Cubase related and will give it another go. I had no problems installing everything the first time. i don’t understand why I’m having so much now.
I found that I can download everything separately here. Had I known this I would have been done hours ago.
