No error messages! Internet access works perfect. It seems that the internet access of the download assistant is blocked for some reason. I do not know very much about Mac …
I’m afraid I’m no Mac expert, too. Hopefully, a Mac user chimes in.
There are also many threads about the SDA in the forum, maybe this will point you into the right direction?

If access was blocked, how would one explain, that the first 19 GB apparently transmitted?
Any chance, that the disk is full? Or that there’s some disk space quota or file size limitation (like sometimes with cloud based folders)?

There is plenty of space on the storage medium, and directory size wasn’t a problem. I did some online research and found a few software-related workarounds, but I couldn’t implement them since I’m not a Mac expert. However, I discovered last night that Steinberg offers a direct ISO download for the Halion 7.5 content and explains how to integrate it into Halion 7.5. That worked. The problem is resolved for now, so I don’t need the Download Assistant at the moment. Many thanks to everyone who gave this some thought.
