Download failed of Cubase 7 Trial!!!

Hi!

Since the last Monday I’m trying to download the licence of Cubase 7 trial… my dongle key is connected, but after trying the message is…

"Could not establish a connection to the license server. Due to incorrect settings or because the network license server is unavailable temporarily (eg due to maintenance).

Download failed license"

My internet connection and everything is Ok! so What is happen?

Hi,

Can you disable your anti-virus and firewall for few minutes, and try to download with switch these Off? Just to be sure, it doesn’t block communication between server, and your computer.

Have you updated to the latest version of the eLCC?
