On that page at the righthand side there are three dots arranged vertically. Hover the mouse over that and the word “More” will appear. Click on the three dots and a drop-down menu will appear. It contains “Download”. Click on that and the PDF will download to your computer to whatever you have set in your browser (Safari, Firefox, Chrome, etc.) as the download location.

Edit (a week later):

@Minna_Mansky Did this help? were the instructions accurate? Were you able to download the manual?
It’s been over a week since you requested help with downloading the manual, and to me it sounded like you would like to do so sooner rather than later so I responded within 3 minutes. Since then there has been no indication that you have read my reply.

@StevenJones01 John here.

Thanks for your help in finally figuring out how to download the manual.

I found the three pale, minuscule dots on the extreme right and almost off the window, and there, hidden away in this dark corner was the download button. I must remember now; whenever you can’t find something, look around and around for a collection of obscure dots and click them and maybe something nice will happen. Until the day comes when a yet another more obscure convention replaces this one.

@John_Ruggero Thanks, John. It’s nice to know that my post helped at least one person.
Sometimes the three dots are actually three horizontal lines. I remember somebody once calling it the hamburger menu because of its (somewhat vague) resemblance to a hamburger if the lines were reasonably thick.

@StevenJones01 Even through I am vegan I’d prefer the burger in the stands than the three fly specks off in right field.
