OK guys … probably just an easy one to solve … er … hopefully!
I bought Triebwerk, Hypnotic Dance and the MP3 Upgrade Patch from the Steinberg Store via download. I used the activation codes and the licenses are on my eLicenser. Due to repeated madness with a RAM stick, I have just had to reinstall windows 7 and therefore Cubase 7 Artist.
So the question is … How or where can I download Triebwerk and Hypnotic Dance and the MP3 Upgrade patch from again? I originally bought them in November 2014. I clicked on ‘Download’ in the Confirmation email form when I bought them but it says I don’t have no downloads…
Surely I don’t have to buy them again?? … I’ve been searching for the answer but I’ve probably missed something flamin obvious…
