downmix is forced to mono when I want stereo..Help!

HI I want to monitor in stereo but my downmix presets all seem to be in mono. when I try to flip it to stereo using the little arrow on the right it always reverts back to mono,

I believe my VST connections settings are correct and they are aimed at my RME fireface ch 1 and 2

Please help I have been struggling with this for hours and I really need to be able to hear stereo in my speakers

Hmmm, Do you have your audio routed to a Group Bus before going to the speakers? If you do, perhaps it was set up as a mono group bus.
