Cubase crashes when dragging samples from media bay or when re-ordering insert plugins.
I have tried disabling all 3rd party plugins and bypassing my preferences file but still have the same problem.

Looks like a graphics problem. Is your graphics driver (Nvidia: Use Studio instead of Game Ready) up to date?
Hi ASM - my graphics card is only a Nvidia Geforce GT 610 so does not seem to have a separate ‘Studio’ driver option, but it seems I have the most up to date driver even though it’s quite old.
Although that is theoretically sufficient, Steinberg recommends a graphics card from the 700 series upwards:
Of course, this doesn’t necessarily mean that this is the cause of the error, but it could be a clue.
