Drag & Drop - Constrain Direction

I realize I can use the Command Key to Constrain direction when moving events, but is there a way to set this as the default. And then the command key allows free movement. 99.99% of the time I want constrain direction. Coming from Logic Pro X, we can set either as the default behavior.

No, there is not. By default there is no constrain direction and you can’t enable it.
