I tried that and it doesn’t work.
If I select a note and click the dynamic, it places the dynamic above the staff. How do you get it to show up below the staff?
If the staff is classified as a Singer (in Setup mode), the dynamics automatically go above. For other instruments, dynamics automatically go below. One can of course individually “flip” the dynamics if one wants them in the alternate position.
When condensing, dynamics for an upper part different from those of the lower part, may also appear above the staff.
