Draw mode does not seem to work for clips.

The track I was trying this on was a group track, it works fine on midi tracks.

One problem with group tracks is that the selected tracks in the track inputs does not show the selected tracks unless you select it twice.

The track I was trying this on was a group track, it works fine on midi tracks.

This is intended behaviour and not an issue.

The group track feature allows to process, edit and mix tracks as though they were a single track.
The group track class allows the track selection. It is not intended or possible to put events on group tracks.
