Draw volume in audio parts

Hi

Is there a way to draw volume in audio parts ?
I can only do it opening the audio part editor or bouncing the audio part.
If I recall this was available on previous versions.
Maybe I’m missing some preferences configuration.

TÍA

just press the arrow down under the symbol of the track… find the volume (which is the default first and only shown on audio tracks) then start drawing

I might be wrong, but I don’t think you ever could do it with parts, only events IIRC.

Correct. As soon as you do Events to Parts or just have parts that function is gone

It is a good feature, but it really could need some improvement IMHO.
If using the pencil tool to draw I’m missing some sort of level indication to make it more practical.

you can use the penciltool on an event as indicated in this video: Cubase audio editing - YouTube (about 50 sec into the video)

Well that’s automation.

I think it’s not possible now,but i´m pretty sure it was possible before…another feature missing on updates.
