Dropping files with different sample rate into project

In starting with V13, I had a project where I was dumping lots of files in and the prompt asking if I wanted to convert the file was not necessary, because they were in the project’s rate. So, I chose to disable the prompt. Now, I want to go back to that normal state of being asked, so files will be converted to the project. I can’t find where to restore that.
