Drum Machine - Delay and Reverb effects are only sent to master track

When using Delay or Reverb on any Drum Machine pads, those effects are sent to the Master channel, and the output(s) used by the pad(s) have only the dry signal.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create Drum Machine track and assign drums to pads
2. Add delay and/or reverb effects
3. Assign the pads to any outputs besides default/master
4. Render in Place
5. Observe that the output signals are dry, and the effects are on the Master channel
