Cubase 14 Artist newly installed.
Hi,
I can see the menu from your screenshot… Could you be more specific, please?
Also at least a basic system description would help (Windows/Mac, system version, exact Cubase version).
Thankyou for your response. I am running Cubase Artist 14 newly purchased. I have a new asus desktop PC with Windows 11 Pro.
I can see the drop down menus but they won’t drop down. A left click on a menu brings up the screenshot.
Hi,
I see, there is probably a misunderstanding… While clicking on the “Category”, you will not get a list of categories. By doing this, you can define whether you want to see another value in this column.
Your presets are filtered to the “Organic Textures” only. Obviously, there is no preset, therefore, the Filters are empty.
Hi Luke,
Just trying to help. I checked what you are doing using your image. I can see you are using the Location Tree and selected Groove Agent One. This is not the same as the Drum Machine and that’s why the final result in your window is empty. Scroll up in the Location Tree window and please choose “All Media” instead. All available presets should appear. If they don’t than click the |<< button to reset the search results.
Hope this helps.
Hi,
Try to enable the Include Folders and Subfolders option, please.
Hi Luke,
If Martin’s advice does not work please also check your Steinberg Download Manager. See if you have the “Drum Machine Vol 1 - Content” installed. I personally simply always install everything to be sure nothing is missing.
In the Location Tree navigate to
VST Sounds → Drum Machine Vol 1 → Track Presets
Include folders and sub folders did the trick.
Issue appears to be solved.
Thanks so much guys!
