Drum Sound List missing in editor

When editing a drum pattern the drum sound list no longer shows on the left. I can’t figure out why it disappeared or how to get it back.
any one know how to get it back. The imspector has the drum map created from the instrument. Using Cubase 11 Pro, Groove Agent 5, macOS 10.15.7

I can see a drum map is set , created from the instrument

But nothing in the editor.

Key editor show keyboard as expected.

It got turned off at some point, no idea how.

Could you try in the Cubase Safe Start Mode [Disable preferences], please?

I started Cubase in safe mode, preferences disabled option. Create a new project. And the drum map appears.

I ran up in normal mode and created a project - no drum map.
I’ve looked at preferences but nothing stands out for me

Then I would recommend to (backup and) delete the preferences.

Selecting remove preferences fixed the drum editor issue - thanks.
Wishing I’d backed it up as I’m not getting content loading issues for VST instruments

Hi,

I believe, you can find it in your trash bin.

But the preferences have nothing to do with a content. Or you can reinstall the content from the Steinberg Download Assistant
