I’ve been using dorico a while and the drum kit sound has never worked. After a bit of troubleshooting with the AMAZING dorico devs and support team, I got all of the instrument sounds to work but the drum kit doesn’t. In the Play tab it says its routed through Halion Sonic 02 but it just makes an off-key flute sound whenever it’s played. I’ve also downloaded Iconica Sketch but it doesn’t show up in any of my play tabs, so I can’t route it through there, not even for the winds.
See if re-applying your Playback Template (on a copy, if you wish) helps any.

The cymbal sounds like a tuba after me routing it, and the bass drum sounds like a trumpet with no routing.

Thanks for the project. When I load it the drums play wrongly, too.
But when I go to Play mode and then choose from the Dorico menu Play > Playback Template and reapply the Auto template, then it plays correctly.
