Dual screen setup (4K + 1080p). When plugins open on the FHD screen, it only shows half the screen

I have a dual screen setup with one 4k screen and one FHD screen. When plugins open on the FHD screen, it only shows half the screen.

I have to drag it to the 4k screen and back for it to show fully. How do i fix this? I have windows scaling on 150% and HiDPS on “use systems settings”

I had this problem with Native Instruments Guitar Rig in the past, are you on their last version.
I don’t think that it is a Cubase problem.
