Dual Xeon E5 2670 for Cubae 10

Hi fellow Cubasers

So, now comes the big question.

I did som “cleaning” in my basement recently and found some bits and bobs. Among them were two brand new boxed Xeon E5 2670 processors.

So I started to think … Would it be a good idea to build a Dual Xeon rig for Cubase 10? All I would need to invest is a new dual motherboard since I have ram, harddrives, graphics cards ect in stock as well. Can Cubase benifit from a system with 16 physical cores and 32 threads?

Or is the processors to old and absolete?
