Dubbing VIDEO HD

Hi.
I’m a sound engineer .
I have a problem with HD videos on Nuendo 7.
The system works perfectly but during dubbing sessions I frequently have to stop and restart playback for retakes , the video output goes to black and then reappears after several seconds.
The timeline flows, the time code on screen also but the first few seconds of video are black.

This is a problem especially during sessions where you often stop and restart for retakes because you can’t follow the sync.
Previously we used to work with H264 videos and we didn’t have this problem, but video conversion slows down considerably our workflow.
Have some of you encountered this kind of problem?

This is the video format used by ours FinalCut editors.
XDCAM HD422 50.0 Mbps 1980x1080 (16: 9) at 25.000 fps.

And these are the codecs I’ve installed:

AppleAVCIntraCodec.component
AppleHDVCodec
AppleIntermediateCodec.component
AppleProResCodec.component
DVCPROHDCodec.component
FCP Uncompressed 422.component
IMXCodec.component

This is the DAW configuration :
NUENDO 7
Mac Pro 3.7 GHz RAM 16Gb / 1TB SSD
Osx 10.10.5
VIDEO OUT: BlackMagic Design UltraStudio MiniMonitor
AUDIO: RME HDSP AES thru MAGMA ExpressBox 3T

Ask for Apple ProRes or Photo Jpeg.
H264 is workable, as long as it isn’t compressed too much.
