I have a string track that I did Mod wheel moves on while recording. I like the moves, but the overall volume is too low. What is the easiest way to just raise all those moves at once to a better level?

Select them all and A) drag any Node up and down or B) the Info line will show the value of the first node. Change that value and the other Nodes will also adjust relative to the first Node.
There are also a bunch of graphic controls that let you tilt, compress & expand a selection of Nodes. Take a look in the manual for details and pics.
