[Duplicate thread locked out of cubase software because of technical support - Cubase - Steinberg Forums]
i am having trouble registering my usb eLicenser.
I eventually managing to download a new eLicenser control centre (after having trouble with my software) and register a new soft eLicenser.
i am now having trouble registering the usb eLicenser.
after initially changing information when I first set up Cubase the system now has both elicensers registered under different names.
this is the message that appears when I attempt a registration:
This eLicenser number has already been registered by another user.
how can I fix this fault.
it is impossible to use the software properly i.e. vst transit, if I don’t have a functioning account.
any advise would be greatly appreciated.
