As @Andro mentioned (and supplied an answer through the provided link), a search would have quickly answered your question — as would reading the information on the purchasing site!
But to answer your question, yes you can have your Dorico license active on up to 3 computers at one time. You can also deactivate any of those computers and activate different ones, up to any 3 at any time.
Dorico is a powerful app and some find it to have a steep learning curve. Please take the time to learn from the First Steps video and other tutorials. If you have used other notation software, you may need to “unlearn” some habits so that you don’t work against the software — particularly if you used Finale! (Trust me, many of us fell prey to that!)
In general you will find many, if not all of the members of this forum, helpful – and I can tell you that reading through old posts helped me immensely to learn how to do things and get oriented to Dorico’s way of doing things.
